Running a salon is like juggling scissors—exciting, a little dangerous, but always fabulous! At the front of the salon, in the back and everywhere In between, Parker keeps things running smoothly, from scheduling, to making sure we never run out of coffee (or hairspray).

I could write an entire chapter about Parker’s role here at Panache. She is an integral part of our daily operations and a whiz at keeping myself on task with the ability to pick up where I left off. With 19 years in the beauty industry and 13 at Escape To Panache, Parker knows that great hair starts with a great guest experience. As a licensed cosmetologist, she has spent several years behind the chair but has chosen to stay on the side of management and coordinating, so she is well versed with all facets in this crazy but beautiful world. She’s here to make sure every visit feels like a VIP treatment—whether you’re in for a quick trim or a full-blown transformation.
